THE ROAD in Gran Canaria. It has everything: fast, flowing stretches, roads overlooking the ocean, panoramic views, towns, legendary beaches... Not to be missed. It starts in Puerto de Mogan, one of the prettiest port towns in Gran Canaria. The first section, up to La Aldea, is a wide, well-paved road that is great fun to ride on a motorbike. It passes some places of great beauty, such as the Mirador de Veneguera and Fuente de los Azulejos. It is also the closest road to the mysterious Güigüí beach. Much more easily accessible but still beautiful is the beach at La Aldea. The second part, on the other hand, is a continuous thrill. It starts with the legendary Mirador del Bàlcon, a terrace overlooking the ocean with a unique view. It then continues along a road overlooking the ocean, winding but extremely picturesque, with an almost continuous view of Tenerife and its imposing Mount Teide. This is probably one of the most beautiful roads and most exciting experiences in Gran Canaria. You finally arrive in Agaete and its port, Puerto de las Nieves, one of the most charming ports on the island.
